Kortney and I were friends in high school, so reconnecting with her now that we are living in the same city has been lots of fun and full of reminiscing. Taking photos with Kortney (and her doggie Ebony) in the Columbia River Gorge was such a blast. We explored around the area and got out to take some photos while we waited for the sun to set. Then, we realized we had explored a little too long and almost missed the sunset altogether! We literally ran down the beach at Rooster Rock hoping to catch some of the last rays of sun. Lucky for us, we made it just in time for one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. I love how serene these photos look despite the franticness. It helps that the Gorge is beautiful just after sunset too!
